Indian hotel group The Park Hotels has signed a management services and marketing agreement with Sahara Palace Marrakech.

Situated in the Palmeraie region of Marrakech, Morocco Sahara Palace Marrakech overlooks the Atlas Mountains, and features Moorish, Indian and Venetian architecture.

Comprising 89 guest rooms, 15 luxury suites, and four exclusive Riads, the property is surrounded by palm trees and olive groves.

"There are a number of Indian design influences, making the hotel a great fit for us as hoteliers from the subcontinent."

The Park Hotels chairperson Priya Paul said: "Along with the strong Moroccan accents throughout the property, there are a number of Indian design influences, making the hotel a great fit for us as hoteliers from the subcontinent."

The property also features four restaurants, including Rumi Restaurant, Mantra Restaurant, Bombay Veranda and Menzeh Restaurant.

The Park Hotels managing director Vijay Dewan said: "Sahara Palace Marrakech is our first international hotel."

The property has four riads with each comprising 36 rooms, including four luxury suites, and one family suite with private outdoor space and gardens.

Sahara Palace also offers two bars, including the Jade Room and Bombay Bar.

Additional features include a 3800m² spa comprising an indoor heated pool, 14 treatment rooms, and two Turkish Hammam baths.

The property also offers a Techno gym cardio-training room, and a Yoga temple.
