The Westin Chicago River North hotel has completed its renovation, which took three months.
Owned by Host Hotels & Resorts and operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the 429-room hotel features Westin Generation IV room design, which is a first for the brand.
The Westin Generation design comprises a soothing color palate with several natural design touches that offers an oasis feel.
Guest rooms have been given new carpeting, wallpaper and adaptive furniture, along with Westin Heavenly Bed, in-room high-speed internet access and 42in flat screen televisions.
The company also renovated its 20th floor Executive Club Lounge with new flooring and wallpaper, and flexible seating areas.
Westin Chicago River North features 19 meetings rooms, which has more than 30,000ft² of flexible meeting space that are equipped with the latest technology.
For leisure, the hotel features Hana restaurant, located in the lobby, which serves various kinds of cuisines along with Kamehachi Sushi Bar that specialises in Japanese cuisine.
Westin Chicago River North is located in the heart of the city and is situated close to Chicago Theater, the Civic Opera House and several other restaurants.
