The Westin Denver International Airport (DIA) hotel and conference centre is set to open on 19 November.
Designed by Gensler, the hotel is part of the new Hotel and Transit Center, which also comprises an outdoor plaza and a public transit centre.
Denver International Airport Special Projects senior vice-president Stu Williams was quoted by Channel 2 News as saying: "The hotel and the transit centre were always part of the original vision.
"Having a world-class hotel at a world-class airport just increases our value as an airport worldwide."
Westin Denver International Airport Hotel boasts a 37,500ft² conference centre, and a 82,000ft² open-air plaza connected to the airport’s terminal.
The hotel features 519 soundproofed rooms, including 35 suites. It is covered with ceiling-to-floor glass windows, which offer panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.
Further amenities include a fitness area, a swimming pool, two ballrooms, a variety of dining venues, and a lobby and bar overlooking a high-speed rail service connecting the airport to the downtown area.
DIA broke ground on its Westin hotel and conference centre in 2011.
