Wyndham Hotel Group has signed an agreement to open ten more hotel projects in India.
These tie-ups have been made for popular brands such as Ramada Encore and Howard Johnson. All hotels are expected to be open by mid-2017.
All the planned ten properties will be located across Gurgaon, Darjeeling, Greater Noida, Jaisalmer, Pali, Loneer, Dharmapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai and Trivandrum.
These ten properties will be developed by development partners such as Expat Projects & Development that will open two Ramada hotels; and Creative Buildwell, Swift Financial Results, Vardhman Infra Developers, and Expat Leisure & Resorts for one Ramada each.
The group has also partnered with Akruti Developers, Saras Hotels; Mohyideen Hussain Fisal for Days Hotels and Suites, with Unique Mercantile for Howard Johnson Hotel; with Akruti Developers for a Days Hotel & Suites; with Saras Hotels Pvt Ltd for a Days Hotel; with Mohyideen Hussain Fisal for a Days Hotel; and with Unique Mercantile Pvt. Ltd for the Howard Johnson hotel in Jaisalmer.
In India, Wyndham currently has 24 hotels open under the Ramada, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and Days Inn brands, while an additional 33 properties are in the pipeline.
