The Wyndham Hotel Group has signed an agreement to unveil a second franchised Wyndham Hotels and Resorts property in Turkey.

The 211-room Wyndham Istanbul Kalamis Marina is owned by Reisler Deri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Siketi and will be launched in the third quarter of 2012.

The property will feature one presidential suite and eight meeting rooms, a spa and fitness centre, 12 treatment rooms, one indoor pool and one rooftop pool, three restaurants and a bar.

The new hotel will join the first Wyndham hotel in Turkey, the Wyndham Petek Istanbul, which will also open in 2012.

Wyndham has seven hotels open in the country under the Ramada brand.
