Z Capital Group’s private equity management unit, Z Capital Partners, has bought the Waldhaus Flims Mountain Resort & Spa in Switzerland.

Following the acquisition, Z Capital will upgrade Waldhaus Flims to a five-star luxury hotel, expand the spa and fitness facility, and develop an integrated medical wellness component for the resort.

Z Capital recently acquired Carillon Miami Beach hotel, a 150 room all-suite hotel.
