Woodmont Lodging and Blue Vista Capital Management has contracted Newport Hospitality Group (NHG) to manage the Holiday Inn Asheville East hotel in North Carolina, US.
Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the full-service hotel features 111 rooms and offers 1,791ft2 of flexible meeting space.

Newport Hospitality Group president and chief operating officer Wayne West III said: “We are delighted to have another opportunity to work with the Woodmont Lodging team on this well-situated Asheville property. We are confident that the hotel will excel under our management.”
The hotel, which underwent renovation in 2017, also boasts an on-site restaurant Woodfire Bar & Grille that serves locally sourced foods and craft beers.
Other guest amenities include a heated outdoor pool and deck area, a 24-hour fitness centre and electric vehicle charging stations.
Holiday Inn Asheville East hotel is located near to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate.
