Nobu Hospitality, the luxury lifestyle brand known for its hotels, dining, and residences, has announced the opening of its new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2026.
The new venue is the result of an ongoing collaboration between Nobu Hospitality and Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE). It will be the brand’s 40th hotel and its second venture in Vietnam.

This property will be located in Ho Chi Minh’s historic District 1 in a 40-storey mixed-use complex that is currently under construction.
The hotel will occupy the upper levels of the building, featuring 135 well-appointed guest rooms and suites and providing guests with panoramic views of the cityscape and Saigon River.
Guests will have access to exclusive amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool and a fitness facility.

The 40-storey structure will also include the Nobu restaurant on the 7th floor.

The company noted that guests at its Nobu Hotel and Restaurant will have easy connectivity to prominent landmarks, shopping, dining and entertainment complexes of the city.
Meanwhile, VCRE is also progressing with the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences project in Danang, which is set to be the first Nobu residential project in Southeast Asia.

Since its inception in 1994, Nobu has seen significant growth. The group’s portfolio now includes 40 hotels, 76 restaurants, and 12 residences.

Earlier in April 2024, Nobu Hospitality announced the development of two new properties in Bulgaria, namely Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sofia and Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Varna.
