Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Vaasa has become the first hotel in Finland to partner with Swedish wellness company Gympak.

This alliance focuses on “sustainable well-being” for guests, offering wellness bags during their stay.

Situated in Vaasa, known as “Finland’s sunniest city,” the hotel features 143 rooms and is close to the city’s market square, shopping areas, and the Kvarken Archipelago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna Vaasa general manager Joni Koski said: “Our guests value both efficiency and comfort.

“By introducing Gympak’s wellness bags, we provide an added layer of convenience, allowing travellers to maintain their wellness routines seamlessly during their stay.”

As of this month, hotel guests will have access to Gympak’s wellness bags and curated sets of activewear. This complements the hotel’s existing wellness amenities, such as a 24/7 gym and sauna.
