Radisson Hotel Group has signed three new hotels under its Park Inn and Suites by Radisson brand in the southern regions of India, BWHotelier has reported.
The new hotels under the brand will be located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru and in the cities of Wayanad and Thrissur in Kerala.
Radisson Group’s current deal will expand its footprint in the region with 110 hotels in over 60 locations in South Asia,
These agreements are part of the company’s collaboration with Ruptub Solutions to establish the 150-hotel Park Inn and Suites by Radisson network in South and Northeast India.
The Park Inn and Suites by Radisson Thrissur is expected to begin operations in the second quarter of 2024.
Once operational, the hotel will offer various types of rooms, it will feature over 3,000ft² of banquet space and offer an all-day dining option, a coffee shop, a spa, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.

Park Inn and Suites by Radisson Yelahanka is also expected to reopen in the first quarter of 2024 after an extensive renovation of the property.
Radisson Hotel Group South Asia managing director and area senior vice-president Zubin Saxena said: “Park Inn and Suites by Radisson has carved a strong growth trajectory for itself in India as we have successfully signed one property every 30 days since the launch.
“This growth is in tandem with our five-year expansion plan for South Asia. We are witnessing strong supply trends from tier-2 to 5 towns in India and will continue to invest and identify the right partners for developing a 150-hotel-strong network of hotels under the brand over the next decade with Ruptub Solutions.”
