The resort’s aim for luxury and comfort is said to have prompted the overhaul, which has seen enhancements to various aspects of the property.

Since 2021, Pelican Beach Resort has prioritised the structural integrity of the building, undertaking extensive waterproofing and painting.
Destin Breaks owner Yavuz Colasan said: “As we celebrate the completion of these renovations, we are excited to welcome our guests to a revitalised experience at Pelican Beach Resort.

The resort’s 340 beachfront rooms have also been upgraded to now feature a blend of contemporary and coastal design and provide views of the Gulf of Mexico.

In response to the increasing number of electric vehicles, Pelican Beach Resort has installed electric vehicle chargers.
Among the other amenities provided at the property include seasonal Tiki beach bar, tennis and pickleball courts, seasonal cafe, arcade room, vending machines and gas grills, among others.
The property is also situated near tourist attractions, as well as restaurants and shops such as Walgreens, McDonalds, Target, Lone Wolf pizza, and more.
