Montage International luxury hospitality brand Pendry Hotels & Resorts has partnered with real estate development firm Two Roads Development on plans for a new property in Tampa Riverwalk, Florida, US.

Dubbed as Pendry Tampa, the hotel and residential development will have 220 guestrooms and 207 Pendry Residences.

The hotel will feature a three-meal restaurant, a lobby bar and a lounge, rooftop pool and the brand’s signature Pinwheel Kids’ Club and Spa Pendry featuring eight treatment rooms.

Other guest amenities include an advanced fitness centre and more than 11,000ft2 of meeting space.

The hotel will be designed to suit the needs of locals, group and leisure visitors.

In addition to the hotel, the development will also feature 207 Pendry Residences.

The residences, which are located on the highest floors of the hotel, will offer fully serviced living with modern designed homes ranging from one to three-bedrooms.

Homeowners will have exclusive amenities including a private residential lobby, elevator and residential rooftop pool and lounge.
