Penta Hotels has selected Optii’s solutions at four of its properties across Europe to streamline daily operations and boost operational effectiveness.

Optii Solutions is a hotel operations solution that leverages smart technologies, such as artificial intelligence, analytics, to boost the efficiency of housekeeping and service delivery departments.

It will deploy Optii Housekeeping, Service and Preventative Maintenance at two hotels in Reading and Warrington of UK and two at Wiesbaden and Leipzig in Germany.

Penta Hotels invested on Optii’s technology as part of its digital transformation strategy as it intends to boost productivity.

The intuitive technology of Optii Housekeeping, Service and Preventative Maintenance will allow Penta Hotels to manage, automate and streamline its operation.

Under the digital transformation strategy, Penta is tapping technology solutions, such as Optii to achieve its goals around guest experience, profitability, and sustainability.
