
Pivot, an Atlanta-based lifestyle operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group, has been chosen by Kushner Companies to operate two boutique hotels in New Jersey.
The two properties, the Wave Resort and The Bungalow, are located in Pier Village.
The 67-room Wave Resort boasts an oceanfront pool deck, spa and fitness centre, 7,000ft² of event space and three dining venues.
The Bungalow features 24 rooms and completely equipped suites with kitchenettes, an art gallery with work from local artists, 1,000ft² of event space and a cocktail lounge.
Pivot executive vice president Rick Colangelo said: “We are honoured to welcome these exceptional properties to our growing family.
