
Hospitality group Accor has announced the opening of Pullman Hotels & Resorts property in Chennai’s Anna Salai district, expanding the brand’s presence in India.
The Pullman Chennai Anna Salai spans 5,000m² and offers 232 rooms equipped with modern amenities and technology to cater to both business and leisure travellers.

The establishment boasts more than 1,700m² to accommodate corporate and social events, enhanced by advanced meeting technology and connectivity options.
The hotel also offers diverse dining options, a spa, a fitness centre, and an outdoor pool.

In December 2024, Accor partnered with Ceebros Group to open the hotel, previously known as The Raintree Annan Salai.
The Pullman Chennai Anna Salai has achieved the Gold level of sustainability certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design programme in the building design and construction category.
Pullman Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio includes over 150 properties in key urban destinations worldwide, including Pullman Paris Montparnasse and Pullman Maldives Maamutaa.
Accor’s network encompasses more than 5,700 properties in over 110 countries.
Accor’s expansion in India continues with the signing of Novotel Agra Fatehabad Road in December 2024, with an expected opening in 2029.
In addition, Accor’s Grand Mercure Hotels & Resorts introduced Grand Mercure Goa Candolim last year, further extending the brand’s presence in Goa.
