The Retreat Palm Dubai has secured key Covid-19 safety certification from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

According to local news reports, the DTCM awarded the hotel Dubai Assured stamp, signifying that the Retreat Palm Dubai has adopted necessary hygiene and safety measures related to the pandemic.

The stamp will be valid for two weeks and can be renewed again following an assessment of the authorities.

The Retreat Palm Dubai has implemented Accor’s All Safe Programme and also secured CovidClean certification from Safehotels.

The hotel has deployed contactless services wherever possible to ensure maximum safety of the guests.

It also introduced a stringent cleaning programme that will focus on the disinfection of high-touch areas in the hotel.
