The Retreat Palm Dubai has secured key Covid-19 safety certification from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
According to local news reports, the DTCM awarded the hotel Dubai Assured stamp, signifying that the Retreat Palm Dubai has adopted necessary hygiene and safety measures related to the pandemic.
The stamp will be valid for two weeks and can be renewed again following an assessment of the authorities.
The Retreat Palm Dubai has implemented Accor’s All Safe Programme and also secured CovidClean certification from Safehotels.
The hotel has deployed contactless services wherever possible to ensure maximum safety of the guests.
It also introduced a stringent cleaning programme that will focus on the disinfection of high-touch areas in the hotel.
The Retreat Palm Dubai features 255 rooms and suites. It also has four dining outlets, club lounge, two meeting rooms and book exchange corner.
The guests will also have access to baby sitting, steam rooms, beauty salon, spa, swimming pools and other water activities.
Recently, the hotels in Dubai has ramped up its efforts to regain customer confidence with extensive cleanliness programmes after the emirate opened for international tourists.
Recently, another location Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai introduced special staycation and daycation packages to boost occupancy. The services will be available for local UAE residents till 23 September.
