
United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based lifestyle hospitality brand Rove Hotels has opened a new property, located on the beachfront of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The new hotel, Rove Al Marjan Island, also provides access to five international airports and is located five minutes away from the UAE’s first integrated resort with gaming, which is anticipated to launch in 2027.
An hour’s drive from Dubai, the property caters to both short staycations and longer-term stays, featuring 441 rooms with a choice of island or sea views.
Rove Hotels chief operating officer Paul Bridger said: “This new property perfectly captures the spirit of adventure and cultural richness that Ras Al Khaimah offers.
“Entering such a rapidly growing destination aligns seamlessly with the Rove ethos of exploration and excitement, and we look forward to welcoming visitors from near and far to experience the unique charm and vibrant atmosphere of our new property.”
The property is developed by Marjan while asset management is provided by Stirling Hospitality Advisors.

The hotel is designed with a community-centric approach, providing amenities such as games, an outdoor cinema, and a resident live DJ.
Guests will also have access to a 24-hour workout space, an indoor play area for children, and an outdoor water play area.
Dining options include The Daily, which serves international favourites, The Pool Bar, and the Rove Beachside Truck.
Guests at Rove Al Marjan Island can also explore local attractions such as the Suwaidi Pearls Farm, the village of Al Jazeera Al Hamra, Dhayah Fort, and Jebel Jais.
This addition expands Rove Hotels’ portfolio to over 4,000 operational rooms in the UAE.
In a strategic move to expand its footprint, Rove Hotels revealed plans in 2023 to increase its presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, aiming to add more than 10,000 hotel rooms over the next five years.
