Software and technology company Sabre has acquired hospitality e-commerce provider Techsembly to expand and expedite its hospitality retailing solutions.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed by the companies.

Sabre plans to integrate Techsembly’s e-commerce marketplace and gift card capabilities with SynXis Retail Studio to create a single destination for providing several products used at all stages of the guest journey.

This will replace the need for hoteliers to manage multiple sites and sell anything from on-property policies, services, goods and experiences to partnering with local businesses, the company said.
