US-based real estate holding company Saltwater Holdings has acquired The Hive, a boutique hotel in North Carolina. 

The hotel was originally opened by the Rosenberg family, local real estate investors, in collaboration with developer Kaylie O’Connor in 2019.

They purchased the building in 2009 and enlisted the expertise of local interior decorator Robin Hertzog.

Situated at 505 N. 2nd Street, the hotel offers 15 apartment-style suites.
