US-based holistic hospitality company Soul Community Planet (SCP) has acquired the Albion River Inn, a boutique hotel in Mendocino County, California.
The property will be rebranded as SCP Mendocino Coast Lodge and will be the brand’s fourth coastal property in California.

SCP Mendocino Coast Lodge will operate with the adjoining SCP Mendocino Inn & Farm, which SCP purchased in June last year.
This upscale coastal lodge will feature a farm-to-table restaurant, seeking to attract visitors who prefer a healthy and regenerative lifestyle.

The 22-room SCP Mendocino Coast Lodge will have a complete revamp, located on a blufftop with an oceanfront view.
This project will involve upgrades to guest cottages and include Terra Kitchen, which will serve a locally sourced and plant-forward menu, and Provisions Market, which will provide coffee, drinks, smoothies, and picnic items with local crafts and sundries.
The overhaul will include the addition of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, water-conserving fixtures, and solar panels.
Flurry Healy and Peter Wells are the original proprietors of this property.
