The St Regis Hotel in downtown Dubai, UAE, has launched the Ginori Terrace, an Italian-inspired dining venue in partnership with porcelain brand Ginori 1735.

The Ginori Terrace, overlooking a canal waterfront, features an all-day menu with dishes such as Tiger Prawns Carciofo, Amalfi Lemon Pavlova, Truffle and Fontina Leek Tart, and Crab Ravioli.

The menu is crafted by the hotel’s culinary team and is complemented by Ginori 1735’s collections such as Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto.

St Regis’ signature Afternoon Tea is also presented on Ginori 1735’s porcelain.

The St Regis Downtown Dubai general manager Saurav Puri said: “We are immensely proud to unveil the Ginori Terrace at The St Regis Downtown Dubai, inviting guests on an immersive journey through the creative playfulness of Ginori and the glamour and timeless elegance of St Regis.

“We look forward to welcoming guests to an unexpected culinary experience at our iconic address overlooking the Dubai Canal with picturesque waterfront and skyline views.”

The design of The Terrace features curated items from Ginori 1735’s Domus home décor collection, including Oriente Italiano wallpaper and embroidered fabrics.

To mark the opening of the venue, the hotel hosted ‘Aperitivo in Dubai’, a sunset event featuring antipasti, cocktails with Italian botanicals, and live music.

The partnership also encompasses an exclusive Ginori 1735 coaster set designed for St Regis, celebrating the Bloody Mary cocktail.

This global collaboration extends a relationship that began at The St Regis Venice and continued with The St Regis Riyadh.

The first Café Ginori opened in Florence in November 2024, with further expansions planned, including The St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi by early 2025.

The partnership is set to grow across Marriott International’s Luxury Group portfolio this year.

In a related announcement, Marriott Bonvoy brand Autograph Collection Hotels has opened Veranda Resort Phuket, Autograph Collection, in Thailand.

Located on the Cape Panwa peninsula, this retreat offers cultural and natural inspirations, positioned near Phuket’s attractions and the airport.
