Katrina Group’s hospitality brand ST Signature has unveiled its new co-living hotel, ST Signature Bugis Middle, in Singapore.
Situated at 21 Middle Road, this latest addition marks the brand’s fifth property created to meet the increasing need for affordable accommodation in popular areas.

The development is a collaboration between building owner Mrs Lee and ST Signature, blending the owner’s visionary perspective with the brand’s hospitality expertise.
The newly renovated ST Signature Bugis Middle property has been designed by Asylum Creative, a local Singaporean interior designer.
Katrina Group executive chairman and CEO Alan Goh said: “This marks our third collaboration with the building owner, Mrs Lee. We share her vision in contemporary hospitality and thank her for the confidence placed in Katrina Group’s hospitality management expertise.

The co-living hotel has 38 private cabins spanning five room categories, with each cabin featuring amenities such as an ensuite bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi and international charging outlets.
Co-living facilities include a Cook Lab, a communal kitchen with a water dispenser, a microwave and a refrigerator, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.
Guests can also enjoy outdoor terrace space on Level 3 and various lounge areas.
Situated at the heart of the country’s city centre, the hotel is a short walk from Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations.
Guests also have access to nearby food and beverage outlets, malls and spots to enjoy cultural experiences.
ST Signature provides guests access to a smart 24/7 self-check-in through a secure mobile app.
This enables guests to book rooms, chat with community hosts, make payments and access their rooms with a digital key.
