The Caves Hotel, a 12-key property in Negril, Jamaica, has been listed for sale with a price tag of $18.9m (J$2.9bn). 

This property, owned by music producer and Island Records founder Chris Blackwell, is the second hotel in Jamaica to be put up on the market by Blackwell in less than two months, reported Writeups24.com.
