The property will also feature the Muse Bistro + Bar, which will serve French-inspired cuisine. This two-storey restaurant occupies 2,500ft² of space.

The ground floor has space for meetings, working and for those to grab a quick bite, while the second floor offers a refined dining experience alongside 1,100ft ² of additional meeting space.

The premium rental units are located above the hotel, within the top 15 floors. These residences will offer multi-family residential rentals, where residents can experience hotel-inspired services.

Occupancy for the rental units is expected to start in early summer this year.

TOOR Hotel president and CEO, Sukhdev Toor said: “As Toronto continues to grow, this prime location makes it a perfect retreat for travellers. The TOOR Hotel epitomises the essence of a true urban lifestyle hotel, bringing a new offering to Toronto.

“From the downtown positioning to our thoughtfully designed spaces and architecture, no detail has been spared in providing our guests a unique and memorable experience.”

The hotel is the first of four boutique TOOR Hotel Collection properties slated to open across several locations in the city over the next five years. These properties will range from lifestyle to luxury five-star hotels.
