Hotel Granduca is a 122-key property situated on three and a half acres at 1080 Uptown Park Boulevard.
The deal was facilitated by THG partners Tyler Lavin and Thomas Duncan with assistance from Transwestern’s investment team.
The property is also set for a comprehensive repositioning project led by the THG partners.
