The company operates around 140 properties in Türkiye, including more than 40 across Istanbul.
The 114-key hotel operates via a franchise agreement with ARES İstanbul Turizm.
The site serves the Basin Ekspres commercial district and provides transit connections to Istanbul Airport and the Istanbul Expo Centre.
Accommodation includes deluxe rooms, junior suites, as well as 65m² Vienna Suites featuring dedicated living rooms.
On-site business and leisure facilities include a 30-person meeting room, a fitness centre, and a spa containing seven treatment rooms, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a steam room.
Catering is handled by the 130-seat Vienna Restaurant, which serves an international menu.
The launch broadens Vienna House’s geographic footprint outside Europe.
The brand, which maintains sites in cities such as Berlin and Amsterdam, as well as smaller regional markets, entered Asia through Vietnam before this Turkish opening.
For ARES İstanbul Turizm, the property is its third operational site under a Wyndham franchise banner.
The relationship started in 2019 with La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Güneşli, the brand’s inaugural property outside the Americas, and later included Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Bomonti.
Wyndham currently has approximately 40 hotels under development across Türkiye across its economy, midscale, upscale, and lifestyle divisions.
The Bahçelievler location has also been integrated into Wyndham Rewards, allowing the programme’s 129 million members to accumulate and use points across the company’s global network of hotels, vacation rentals, and vacation club resorts.
