YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit is also the company’s 24th location worldwide, its fourth site in Asia, and its first hotel in the region under Select by Hilton.
This comes after YOTEL signed an agreement with Hilton in March 2026, serving as the first brand within the Select by Hilton framework.
On-site facilities at the Bangkok hotel include the YOTEL Swim Club, which includes an outdoor swimming pool and pool bar, as well as a fitness centre.
The site also features a combined all-day dining and co-working space, alongside a 24-hour Grab + Go counter providing drinks and snacks. A rooftop restaurant and bar is scheduled to open at the property in November.
The hotel will also be connected to Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network via a 300m skywalk.
YOTEL CEO Phil Andreopoulos said: “Bangkok is not only one of the world’s most iconic tourist cities; it is also a vibrant business hub that is attracting entrepreneurs and digital nomads from around the globe.
“Cloud 11 is at the heart of Thailand’s growing creative economy and a new investment landmark for the entire country.
“This makes it the perfect location for the city’s first YOTEL. Our brand has always been about challenging traditional hospitality with intelligently designed spaces, smart experiences and rooms engineered to deliver the best sleep.”
The Bangkok launch forms part of YOTEL’s wider expansion programme, through which the operator aims to increase its overall portfolio threefold in the coming years.
The location joins the company’s existing regional footprint in Tokyo and Singapore, with YOTEL Kuala Lumpur scheduled to open in early 2027.
