Hospitality software platform Cloudbeds has formed a reseller partnership with HIT Cloud, a member of Greek hotel technology house HIT Group of Companies.
The agreement allows Cloudbeds to introduce its unified platform to more hotels and accommodation providers in Greece and Cyprus through HIT Cloud’s network.
The collaboration will see HIT Group extend its services beyond mid- and upper-market hotels to include hostels, vacation rentals, bed and breakfasts, and boutique hotels.
Both companies aim to provide integrated technology for operations management, revenue handling, online distribution, and guest engagement to a wider variety of accommodation businesses.
Cloudbeds EMEA vice-president Linda Vallner said: “Partnering with HIT Cloud allows us to combine their proven local expertise with Cloudbeds’ innovative technology to better serve hoteliers across Greece and Cyprus.
“Together, we’re bringing the future of hospitality technology to a market that values quality, service, and long-term relationships.”
HIT Group has operated in the Greek and Cypriot markets for several decades and maintains relationships with local hotels.
By working with Cloudbeds, HIT Cloud plans to offer technology solutions designed to support the digital development of the region’s hospitality industry.
HIT Group general manager Lambros Lambrianakis said: “Cloudbeds represents the next generation of hotel technology. Its powerful, unified platform allows us to deliver innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of every accommodation business. We’re proud to bring such a forward-thinking platform to one of the largest tourism markets in the world.”
Through this partnership, hotels in both countries will have access to new technological tools and expertise intended to respond to current industry needs.
Earlier this month, Cloudbeds introduced a new programme designed to provide hoteliers worldwide with “best-in-class” technology solutions aimed at supporting business operations.
