Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Takhassusi has opened in the Al Olaya district, adding to the premium portfolio of IHG Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia.
The hotel targets business, healthcare and lifestyle travel and provides access to corporate centres, the Diplomatic Quarter and King Faisal Specialist Hospital, as well as city retail and dining areas.
It offers 302 keys, comprising 192 guest rooms and 110 residential suites.
Rooms include areas for work and relaxation while the suites are equipped with kitchens and living spaces to support extended stays and relocation, medical or corporate visits.
The hotel features food and beverage outlets, various well-being facilities, and four meeting rooms, covering 120m².
Additional services comprise retail access, 24-hour valet parking and electric vehicle charging.

In November 2025, IHG Hotels & Resorts signed an agreement with hotel operator Uniprom Hoteli to introduce the Crowne Plaza brand to Budva, Montenegro.
