UK-based real estate developer DarGlobal has launched Nickelodeon Hotels Resorts Oman, a branded luxury hospitality venture located within the AIDA development in Oman.

The introduction of Nickelodeon Hotels Resorts Oman is part of DarGlobal’s broader strategy to deliver immersive, branded experiences that align with growing tourism trends in the region.

Situated 130m above sea level within AIDA's clifftop community, the resort features one- to three-bedroom themed luxury suites and family-oriented rooms.

Each unit incorporates distinctive design elements inspired by Nickelodeon’s entertainment franchises.

The property will offer 120 keys, along with an Aqua Nick waterpark featuring slides and splash zones, themed dining venues, entertainment options and the Club Nick kids’ clubhouse.

For investors, DarGlobal notes that the development provides full title ownership of a branded family attraction, targeting sustained demand and financial returns.

The company positions the resort as a unique asset within the context of Oman's evolving real estate and tourism landscape.

AIDA spans 3.5 million square metres and is developed through a joint venture with Omran Group. The wider development comprises luxury golf facilities, residential offerings including villas, apartments and mansions, as well as hospitality amenities.

DarGlobal states that these components contribute to enhancing Oman’s profile as an international destination for tourism and investment.
