Real estate developer GJ Properties has unveiled Biltmore Residences Sufouh, a new five-star luxury hotel apartment residences project in the Al Sufouh area of Dubai, UAE.

With a completion date set for 2026, the project has already sold 65% of its units, and now 12 of the most exclusive penthouses are on the market, according to information in a press release posted on Zawya.

A Millennium Hotels & Resorts brand, Biltmore Residences combines an innovative design with panoramic views and fully furnished amenities, promising a lifestyle experience.

The architecture of the 44-storey tower is designed to complement Dubai's skyline while incorporating environmentally responsible design elements.

The penthouse units boast views of Jumeirah Palm Islands and the Burj Khalifa, with a backdrop of Sheikh Zayed Road, the central artery of Dubai.

Exclusive features for these residences include a private Zen Garden terrace, a selection of gourmet menus, and concierge services, along with priority access elevators leading directly to the penthouse floors.
