IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with real estate developer Jadeer Group for a new Hotel Indigo property in New Cairo, Egypt, in 2031.
The partners have signed a management agreement to bring the hotel brand to the country.
The agreement expands IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio in Northern Africa and increases its presence in Egypt.
IHG Hotels & Resorts India, Middle East and Africa managing director Haitham Mattar said: “Egypt is a priority market for IHG, and we are excited to partner with Jadeer Group for a new Hotel Indigo in New Cairo.
