US-based Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has introduced Elevate Renovations + Development to provide specialised project management and asset lifecycle services for the hospitality industry.

HVMG aims to offer flexible, cost-effective solutions, from pre-purchase due diligence to disposition for hotel owners.

Elevate Renovations + Development brings expertise in hotel-specific development and renovation.

HVMG founder, president and CEO Robert Cole said: "In the last 20 years, HVMG has provided development and project management services for over 65 properties in our portfolio of owned and managed hotels throughout the country.

"Recently, however, we began expanding our scope and started working with owners and operators beyond our managed portfolio who saw the value that HVMG was able to create and wanted to enjoy similar results themselves. While we will continue to provide these services to our own hotels, Elevate Renovations + Development is officially now open for business for the entire hospitality industry." 

The company's services extend through the entire asset lifecycle, aligning with ownership's vision and investment goals.

Its recent undertakings include the $19.6m renovation and rebranding of The Darwin Hotel, now part of IHG's voco hotels collection.

The Darwin Hotel project, managed by Suzanne Saunders, involved extensive project management tasks despite the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic.

In December 2024, HVMG expanded its portfolio by adding eight new hotels, increasing its total to 51 properties.

These additions include various Marriott and Hilton branded hotels across different categories such as lifestyle, select-service, full-service, and extended-stay.
