Hotel and aparthotel brand Kasa has launched The Meridian Miami Beach by Kasa, its fifth property in the Miami Beach market in the US, as part of its ongoing mission to redefine modern hospitality.

This addition strengthens Kasa's presence in a key location, offering a blend of style, comfort, and local charm to its guests.

The new property is situated in the exclusive South of Fifth neighbourhood, providing guests with access to local attractions, including the beaches and Art Deco landmarks.

The Meridian boasts 73 accommodations tailored to meet the demands of contemporary travellers. Modern amenities and decor are standard in each unit, with some rooms featuring private balconies.

With more than 85 properties across the US and partnerships with companies such as Starwood Capital, Berkshire, and Brookfield, Kasa is known for its hospitality operating system that integrates the company's proprietary technology with efficient operations to ensure guest experiences and optimise profitability for property owners.

In October 2023, Kasa Living launched the 12-storey Kasa Sunset Los Angeles, after completing renovation and rebranding.

The 55,000ft² property was initially built as a hotel and later in 2005 transformed into an all-studio aparthotel.
