Hotel and resorts developer and operator Kerzner International has taken over the management operations of The Meydan Hotel, which is owned by Dubai Holding.
The hotel has reopened reservations for early 2026 after completing upgrades to its rooms and public areas.
Dubai Holding Hospitality chief financial officer Michael Heyes said: “The Meydan Hotel is an important property within Dubai’s hospitality landscape - an icon of our city’s racing heritage and a gateway to a growing residential and lifestyle district.
"Following the enhancements made to the rooms and public areas, we are preparing the property for its next phase of growth. Appointing Kerzner to manage the hotel reflects our focus on performance and world-class guest experiences, and supports the continued evolution of the Meydan district in line with Dubai’s long-term vision.”
Situated in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai, The Meydan Hotel is a five-star trackside hotel catering to both leisure and business travellers.
It is located within a 15–20-minute drive from major landmarks and business districts in Dubai.
The property features large rooms and suites with balconies.

The Meydan Hotel offers indoor and outdoor event spaces with capacity for up to 50,000 guests. Additional facilities include on-site parking available at no additional cost.
Ziad Sleiman, who joined in 2024, leads the team at The Meydan Hotel.
