Marriott Bonvoy’s Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Le Méridien Dehradun Resort & Spa, the brand’s first property in Dehradun, India.
The resort is situated beside the Nun River in the Doon Valley and lies within proximity to popular destinations such as Mussoorie, Rishikesh, and Haridwar.
Le Méridien Dehradun Resort & Spa is located approximately 45 minutes from Jolly Grant Airport and 15 minutes from Dehradun Railway Station, providing convenient access for both leisure and transit guests.
The property features 103 guest rooms and suites, each offering views of either the river or the surrounding hills.
Facilities on site comprise an all-day dining restaurant, Riviera Café, which serves a range of international dishes as well as local cuisine from Uttarakhand.
The resort further provides a coffee bar and bakery known as Longitude, and Aqua Current, a poolside venue serving light snacks and beverages.
Wellness options at the resort feature the Explore Spa by Le Méridien, which offers treatments based on Himalayan botanicals and traditional practices.
Additional amenities include a fitness centre, an outdoor pool, and a family club that hosts activities such as pottery, painting, board games, and croquet. Curated riverside picnics are also available for family groups.
Le Méridien Dehradun Resort & Spa participates in the Unlock Art programme, granting guests access to local institutions such as the Forest Research Institute (FRI), where they can explore museums and botanical exhibits.
For event organisers, the resort provides over 24,000ft² of meeting and function space across indoor areas and riverside lawns suitable for weddings, social events or corporate functions.
