Luxury lifestyle brand Nobu Hospitality has revealed plans for a new Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Nashville’s East Bank district in Tennessee, US.
The project will add a hospitality component to East Bank's waterfront area along the Cumberland River. It will be part of the Oracle campus development.
The Nobu Hotel Nashville has been designed in partnership with architectural firm Foster + Partners and will include 120 rooms and suites.
The property will also house a Nobu restaurant on the ground floor, a lobby café, meeting and event spaces, and facilities for fitness and wellness.
The design incorporates a rooftop infinity edge pool overlooking the city’s skyline and surrounding areas.
The East Bank site offers direct access to downtown Nashville and proximity to key landmarks, including the Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway, Nissan Stadium and Ryman Auditorium.
Nobu Hospitality CEO Trevor Horwell said: “We're excited to bring the Nobu lifestyle to Nashville's East Bank, a vibrant district ready for growth. After much anticipation and requests from our loyal Nobu customers, partnering with Oracle is a perfect match.
“Nashville's rich culture and culinary scene make it an ideal home for Nobu, and we can't wait to create a destination that embodies the city's spirit and our unique experience.”
The development supports Nobu Hospitality’s expansion strategy in major urban centres.
Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Meir Teper and Robert De Niro, Nobu Hospitality operates a portfolio of hotels and restaurants in cities across the world.
The Nashville opening will extend the brand’s presence in the US, adding to its network of integrated hospitality venues.
The exact date for opening has not been revealed.
In April 2025, Nobu Hospitality unveiled plans for a high-end mixed-use project in Muscat, Oman, representing another step in its Middle East expansion.
