Peachtree Group, a diversified commercial real estate investment platform, has launched two dual-branded hotels in Paris, Texas, US.

Operated by Peachtree on behalf of TEKMAK Development Company, the 51-suite TownePlace Suites and the 62-suite Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels mark a significant addition to the local hospitality landscape.

Peachtree Group hospitality management president Vickie Callahan said: “We continue to seek best-in-class partners as we grow our third-party management portfolio.

“The new-build hotels will help to meet the growing demand created by the ever-increasing business and leisure travel to Paris. These Marriott-branded properties were designed to provide the latest and most requested services and amenities that guests need to make a stay on the road a little bit more like home.”

In 2023, Peachtree Group partnered with TEKMAK to provide third-party management for three of its hotels.

This collaboration has led to Peachtree assuming operations of the SpringHill Suites Dallas Rockwall and the forthcoming management of the under-construction TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Forney, Texas.

Peachtree's hospitality management division operates hotels in the segments of upper-midscale and upscale.

The division boasts a portfolio of 107 hotels encompassing 27 brands, which totals 13,360 rooms across 26 states, including 33 properties under third-party management.

The new pet-friendly hotels offer shared amenities such as an outdoor pool, a full lobby bar, a round-the-clock fitness centre, and complimentary daily breakfast buffets.

Additionally, they offer 535ft² of meeting space for business and social gatherings.

The hotels provide convenience for travellers, being close to multiple area airports, including Dallas/Ft Worth International Airport, Dallas Love Field, and Texarkana Regional Airport.

TownePlace Suites feature suites equipped with full kitchens, catering to extended-stay guests while Fairfield Inn & Suites offer contemporary guest rooms designed for comfort and productivity, with work areas and ergonomic chairs.
