Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has successfully implemented CellPoint Digital's Payment Orchestration Platform across its international hotel network, marking a key advancement in its digital transformation.

The move introduces a “standardised” payment system that aligns with RHG's growth objectives and bolsters operational efficiency while ensuring a smooth payment process for guests globally.

Currently managing over 1,580 hotels in more than 100 countries, the hospitality company previously grappled with the complexity of handling diverse property management systems, acquirers, and regional payment options.  

This complexity hindered the ability to offer a consistent experience for guests, said CellPoint Digital.

The deployment of CellPoint Digital's solution offers Radisson several benefits such as a unified payment process across all regions to maintain consistency. 

The solution’s Hosted Payment Page is designed to support more than 20 languages and function seamlessly on various platforms, including web, mobile, and apps. 

It improves transaction success rates through smart routing among multiple acquirers, and streamlined reporting and reconciliation tools simplify operations and reduce administrative tasks, stated CellPoint Digital. 

The updated payment infrastructure is designed to facilitate RHG's ongoing growth by allowing quick integration of new properties.  

Furthermore, it lays the groundwork for future enhancements such as incorporating digital wallets, local alternative payment methods, improved mobile payment options, and integrating payments into online check-in and check-out processes.
