Radisson noted that the launch represents an “important step” in its shift towards agentic commerce.

Radisson Hotel Group has partnered with Accenture to launch an AI-based hotel discovery app within ChatGPT, aimed at helping travellers search, compare and plan a trip through natural conversation.

Available in ChatGPT as @RadissonHotels, the tool allows users to look for Radisson Hotels properties by chatting in everyday language.

According to Radisson Hotel Group, travellers can start a new ChatGPT conversation by including @RadissonHotels at the beginning of their prompt and then entering their travel requirements or preferences.

The app replies with suitable Radisson Hotels options, including amenities, hotel descriptions, interactive map-based results, and live availability and prices.

Once a traveller is ready to book, they are directed to complete their reservation on the Radisson Hotels website.

The hospitality group said the launch is an “important step” in its shift towards agentic commerce, moving from traditional, channel-based booking paths to AI‑led journeys where discovery, comparison and decisions take place through conversation.

Radisson Hotel Group chief commercial officer Gianni Di Fede said: “With Accenture, we are reimagining hotel discovery for the next generation of travellers—meeting guests in the planning moment with a branded experience that makes it easier to find, compare, and book Radisson Hotels properties.”

The collaboration began with Radisson Hotel Group deploying a MCP [Model Context Protocol] accelerator that is part of Accenture’s agentic readiness and intelligence platform AI Merchant Center.

Accenture then worked with Radisson Hotel Group to design the app experience, defining how travellers interact with it and how it functions across devices.

Over time, Radisson Hotel Group and Accenture intend to extend the experience to include AI concierge services, deeper personalisation, in‑chat booking, itinerary changes, loyalty recognition and reservation management.

Accenture senior managing director and global travel lead Emily Weiss said: “Travellers want to compare options quickly, narrow down choices and book with confidence, often in a single journey.

“With Radisson Hotel Group, the focus was on making hotel content more accessible, so travellers can find what they need, explore options, and move to booking more seamlessly.”

Last month, Radisson signed an agreement to open a Radisson Collection hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.
