Public areas will include a ground-floor lobby with lounge and bar, and a first-floor restaurant and bar with around 135 seats, plus a fitness area.
Radisson Hotel Group executive vice-president and global chief development officer Elie Younes said: “FOUR Frankfurt represents a landmark addition to the Radisson Collection portfolio and perfectly embodies our brand promise to our guests and owners.
“As one of Europe’s most significant and bold mixed-use developments, it offers an exceptional opportunity to create a distinctive lifestyle luxury experience in the heart of Frankfurt.
“This signing reinforces our long-term confidence in Frankfurt and the German market, while further strengthening Radisson Collection’s position in key gateway cities across the world.”
The opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
The Frankfurt hotel will be the second Radisson Collection property in Germany, following the brand’s debut in Berlin.
Launched in 2018, Radisson Collection has expanded its global portfolio to nearly 70 properties, securing a presence in key metropolitan hubs, including Paris, Madrid, Rome, and Brussels.
In January, Radisson Hotel Group opened Chateau de Bangkok in Thailand under its brand in the city’s Ploen Chit district.
The company said that the property underwent a redesign to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
