Royal Orchid Hotels has opened Regenta Devarayah Tirupati via its Regenta Hotels division, expanding its footprint in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

Located in Tirupati, the hotel offers 56 rooms with facilities that include air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic workspaces, and tea and coffee makers.

Guests at Regenta Devarayah Tirupati have access to an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop infinity pool, a fitness centre, and a spa located on the sixth floor.

The hotel also provides facilities for up to 200 people and three boardrooms for meetings and events, a travel desk offering guided tours and transportation services, and charging stations for electric vehicles.

According to Royal Orchid Hotels, the property sources 80% of its power from solar energy, with a 220kW vertical solar installation.

Royal Orchid Hotels chairman and managing director Chander Baljee said: “The launch of Regenta Devarayah Tirupati is a proud addition to our growing portfolio and aligns perfectly with our Vision 2030. Tirupati’s spiritual significance and rising tourism make it an ideal destination for the Regenta brand.

“We are excited to partner with the ownership group to deliver a comfortable, convenient, and spiritually enriching experience for guests while upholding the trusted service standards of Royal Orchid Hotels.”

In April 2026, Hilton and Royal Orchid Hotels-owned Regenta Hotels signed an agreement to develop 125 Hampton by Hilton hotels in India.
