Sage Hospitality Group’s Dune House Hotel & Spa is set to open on 3 March 2026 as the newest Jacksonville oceanfront hotel in the US.
The fully redesigned Dune House occupies the former One Ocean Resort & Spa site.
Sage Studio worked with Islyn Studio on the design of Dune House. The interiors draw on the work of Jacksonville architect William Morgan and reference the original Dune House project.
Located at 1 Ocean Boulevard, the property offers 193 guest rooms and suites in various configurations.
Dune House will feature four dining and social outlets, which include a coastal steakhouse focusing on dishes sourced from local farms and waters.
Amenities at the property include The Spa at Dune House with massage and wellness options. Retail spaces will feature products from Atlantic Beach vendors.
Event facilities total approximately 10,000ft² of flexible space, including a renovated junior ballroom overlooking the dunes.
