Signum Hotels and Resorts, a hotel management company in India, has teamed up with Wyndham Hotels to operate properties under the Trademark Collection brand across India, the UK, and the UAE.
This alliance will add 5,000 keys over the next five years, leveraging Wyndham's global presence with Signum's regional expertise.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts president of Europe, Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa (EMEA) Dimitris Manikis said: “Independent hotel owners in India, the UK, and the UAE are looking for strong partners to help them compete in a dynamic hospitality landscape. The collaboration will see properties joining the Trademark Collection by Wyndham and managed by Signum Hotels.
It aims to bring together Wyndham's international standards and Signum's local market knowledge to elevate guest experiences.

With a foothold in the UK and Middle East markets, including 900 serviced apartments, Signum Hotels expects to spearhead growth in these regions, as well as in India.
Last month, India-based real estate and road development company SS Innovators and Realtors opened Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Jammu Vijaypur in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
