Tempo by Hilton has opened a 148-room hotel in Savannah’s historic district, marking the first appearance of the brand in Georgia, US.

Noble Investment Group developed and owns the property, which is managed by McKibbon Hospitality.

The hotel sits on East Bryan Street, near Reynolds Square and close to the Savannah River. It is also located near the Port of Savannah, one of the busiest container ports in the US.

Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District features guest rooms with tech-focused amenities, including dedicated zones for preparation, spa-style bathrooms, and exclusive mattresses for the brand.

Peloton suites provide an in-room bike, yoga mats, and resistance bands. The property also has a 24-hour fitness centre and more than 3,000ft² of meeting space.

Tempo by Hilton global brand head and vice-president Kevin Morgan said: “As our first Tempo property in Georgia, this opening marks an important step in the brand's growth journey as we continue to expand into sought-after destinations like Savannah, where guests can seamlessly balance productivity, relaxation and exploration.”

Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District is currently accepting reservations.

Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District general manager Bryan Hale said: “Every detail of the hotel was created to help travellers feel their best while experiencing the charm and hospitality that Savannah is known for.”

In May 2025, Hilton signed a franchise agreement to introduce its Tempo by Hilton hotel brand in Canada.
