Two Hilton-branded hotels in the US state of Mississippi, namely the Hampton Inn Meridian and the Hilton Garden Inn Meridian, have been put up for sale by Hilco Real Estate Sales.

Both properties are currently undergoing significant renovations, with completion set for next month.

This investment offers modernised hospitality assets with the advantage of reduced capital expenditure in the near term.

The Hampton Inn Meridian is a four-storey hotel with 116 rooms, encompassing approximately 78,822ft².

Established in 1987 and situated on 16 acres, this property provides 86 car parking spaces and features a 702ft² event room, an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, and an updated lobby.

The hotel's amenities, pet-friendly approach, and reputation for cleanliness and comfort have established it as a preferred destination.

Adjacent to the Hampton Inn, the Hilton Garden Inn Meridian stands six stories tall and houses 133 guest rooms across approximately 73,299ft².

Built in 2007 on around three acres, it offers 170 parking spaces, an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool, a fitness centre, and meeting facilities.
