UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle (UMHL) has revealed that it is using Oracle cloud applications to support its UMusic Hotels brand.

The company has adopted Oracle NetSuite and the Oracle OPERA Cloud hospitality platform to gain comprehensive data visibility, improve guest interactions, and prepare for global expansion.

Oracle stated that UMHL integrates live events, e-commerce, and branded merchandise into its hotel operations while maintaining established service standards.

UMusic Hotels has a property in Madrid and plans to expand in Europe, the US, and Latin America.

To support this expansion, UMusic Hotels selected NetSuite’s enterprise resource planning (ERP), OPERA Cloud property management system (PMS), and Oracle Simphony point-of-sale (POS) after an evaluation process.

According to Oracle, NetSuite has enabled UMusic Hotels to consolidate financial workflows and automate processes for improved business performance and faster decision-making.

OPERA Cloud provides insight into guest preferences and allows staff to use mobile tools to manage check-in, housekeeping, maintenance, and other functions throughout the property.
