The Rezidor Hotel Group will launch the Park Inn by Radisson Petrozavodsk in Petrozavodsk, Russia, in 2013.
The 180-room hotel will feature a restaurant, meeting rooms and parking.
Rezidor said the hotel will be the city's first internationally branded property.
Rezidor president & CEO Kurt Ritter said that the company's Russian Park Inn by Radisson portfolio now stands at 6,000 rooms in operation and under development.
