This set-up allows hotels to manage multiple distribution channels in a single platform while maintaining a direct commercial relationship with Mr & Mrs Smith and accessing its community of more than one million members.

The development extends eviivo’s distribution network for independent hospitality providers by offering access to both mainstream and specialist booking channels.

Mr & Mrs Smith accepts only properties curated for its select portfolio, distinguishing itself from larger online travel agencies.

According to initial feedback, the integration has enabled some hotels to address ongoing operational challenges often encountered by smaller independent operators.

The new partnership between eviivo and Mr & Mrs Smith comes amid a broader shift among boutique and luxury hotels towards focusing on curated distribution strategies.
