Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has expanded its partnership with Mews, bringing the property management system (PMS) provider’s services to additional regions beyond Europe, including the Americas and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

The decision follows an existing arrangement that began in 2023, under which Mews became the preferred PMS partner for SLH member hotels across Europe.

SLH represents a network of more than 700 independently owned luxury boutique hotels in over 90 countries. Each property operates independently while contributing to the broader SLH portfolio.

The expansion of the Mews partnership enables more member hotels to access the Mews platform, which offers operational tools and preferential pricing for hotels in the SLH network.

More than 50 SLH properties have already adopted Mews, with the rate of new sign-ups reportedly accelerating in the past six months.

Mews CEO Matt Welle said: “We’re proud to deepen our partnership with SLH on a global level. Independent luxury hotels are at the heart of hospitality, and our mission is to empower them with the technology that lets them focus on what matters most: creating unforgettable guest experiences.

“This global expansion reinforces our commitment to supporting SLH members wherever they operate.”

One early user of the system, Opus XVI in Norway, reported a 67% increase in revenue per available room (RevPAR) and a 34% rise in average daily rate (ADR) over one year since implementing Mews.

SLH chief operating officer Richard Hyde said: “We are pleased to continue our partnership with Mews and extend it further.

“Mews has supported our European hotels, and this expansion allows more of our members to access a modern and flexible platform to support their operational needs across regions while maintaining the individuality of each SLH property.”

SLH aims to offer individual, luxury experiences at its properties, which include a range of accommodation from treehouses to alpine chalets.

In April 2026, Mews launched Mews Business Intelligence, a data and analytics solution designed to provide hotel teams with immediate, actionable insights directly within the operating system.
